Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Gramaliy. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be new and unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please keep your proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at abubakaramira607@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return details and provide the return address. Returns are sent by mail and the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Restocking fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. a faulty or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Damaged or faulty items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at abubakaramira607@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and put it right.
